今日は、あれこれ考えごとをしながらの10km走でした。漫然と走るのは、トレーニングとしてはあまりよくありませんね…。
ところで、モロッコが西サハラに軍事侵攻してから47年が経ちました。「忘れられた紛争」と呼ばれることもあります。西サハラ問題の背景はシンプルですが、事態はかなり深刻かつ残酷で、その影響は多面的です。「忘れていない人たち」が、伝え続ける必要があります。
