久々の長距離走でハーフの自己ベストを更新💪　走力が落ちていないか少し心配だったので、ひと安心です。
ところで、ポリサリオとRASDは表裏一体です。解放闘争の主体はポリサリオが、外交はRASDが担っています。
また、ポリサリオ総書記がRASD大統領を務めることとなっています。

Long run 23k today. My new record of half marathon.
By the way, Polisario and RASD are two sides of same coin. Polisario lead their liberation struggle and RASD take charge of their diplomacy.
The president of RASD is held by Secretary-General of Polisario.
