さて、モロッコの西サハラ占領政策には、モロッコ国内に向けた貧困対策の側面もあります。モロッコは、軽減税率、安価な住居、優遇された給与や職などを西サハラに用意することで、西サハラへの植民を促進しつつ、モロッコ国内の貧困層の不満解消策にも西サハラを利用してきました。

By the way, the Moroccan occupation policy of Western Sahara is also used as anti-poverty program in Morocco. Lower tax rate, cheaper apartment, higher salary and job placement are provided in WS. Thus Morocco promote satisfaction of the poor and promote migration from Morocco to WS.
